Return (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 15 days of receiving the goods. Items received within 15 days from the delivered date. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all original labels. Make sure that all items in the packaging are intact! Return shipping fee is paid by buyer. The buyer is responsible for the return costs. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Policy conditions

  1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories
  2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
  4. Partial goods of a complete sets cannot be returned.
  5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products that is not bought from our store.
  8. Please include the following information in the return package :

1) Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you want to return.

2) Reasons for return.

  1. Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur in import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. We will only arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we receive and check the returned item.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

-You must email us a picture showing the problem / error after submitting the return / exchange request online before return.

Fast Refund:

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week, after we got the package or the return is authorized.

Please email our Customer Service if you want to return any item . You will receive a response within 2 days.

Please do not send your return to the address on your original package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Kind reminder:

Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

Exchange policy :

All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellation:

Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

When we refund for the return

  1. Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy conditions, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
  2. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the time you mail your return for it to be processed
  3. If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
