If you are not satisfied with your purchase, it’s easy to return the product for a refund or Exchange. Please reach out to us at support@royaura.com or chat with us online, so we can assist you further.

1. Order Cancellation:

※Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

※For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied.

※We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.

2. Easy exchange:

If the size is not appropriate we can exchange it while the product is in stock. Please don't hesitate to email us with your concern.

3. Return (if applicable)

A. Return Policy Conditions

a. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, accessories, customized shirts/ t-shirts, wholesale shirts/t-shirts, Add-on shirts and Mystery/Lucky Box items, clearance items, non-returnable marks and free gifts.

b. Returned items must be returned in their unused condition, with their original packaging within 30 days of delivered date. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

c. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.

d. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of products that are not bought from our store.

B. Please include the following information in the return package :

a. Order number and product SKU of the item(s) you want to return.

b. Reasons for return.

C. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.

Please send the item(s) back to us through a local post office instead of express services like DHL, UPS, TNT, and FEDEX. By choosing one of the above-mentioned fast delivery options you might incur import taxes and the delivery might be delayed due to the customs clearance process. We will only arrange a replacement or issue a refund after we receive and check the returned item.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping fee.

We will issue a refund to your original payment method , after we got the return package or the return is authorized.Below are details:

When we refund for the return

1. Once your returned item has been received, and it complies with our returns policy conditions, we will issue a refund to you through the payment method used at the time of purchase.
2. Please allow 1 week for your return package to be processed.
3. If you haven't received a refund when the refund is honoured by Royaura Customer Searvice Team,please check your bank account , Paypal or Credit Card compan,there's processing time for them to issue a refund.
